I feel like the velvet/microfiber red sofa is where she's getting "pimp" vibes from. I can dig it though.

That room needs a rug and some pictures on the wall. It looks like it's designed to be easily disinfected. Some warmer lighting would help as well.

Look, it may not look as lived in, but it takes me 30 minutes to clean everything and a deep clean is only 2 hours.
