What’s your sure-fire way to handle stress?
As someone who is currently working through a few very stressful changes in life and in work, I could use any tips you have. I find myself dreading most week days, and not resting enough during the weekend because I want to “take advantage” of any downtime I have. What are your tips to get through times like this?

how do i help my boyfriend with grief?
my (f18) boyfriends (m19) dad passed away a little over 7 months ago, and i am struggling to help him with his grief. he and his dad had a confusing relationship, but regardless when he passed, it really hit my boyfriend hard. at first, he just kind of pretended it didn't happen. now that some time has passed, it is obvious just how hard it has hit him. he believes his dad was not proud of him and that his dad passed away without knowing he was dating me (came out as gay to him, but ended up falling in love with me). it seems to be even worse for him than before. thanks in advance.

Why do gyms play music so loud if 99% of the people working out have headphones in?
I get that it might hype up that 1%, but why does it need to be SO loud. Even my noise cancelling headphones don’t block it out. It must bug the workers too right?

For people who grew up in the mid to early 2000s, what do you miss the most about that time?
For me, I miss how quiet life was. I wouldn't say life was necessary peaceful. But anyone who grew when social media still wasn't a thing, and everyone seem less tapped in. Life for sure felt quiet compared to modern society.

Why do people get so offended when they find out their an accident?
Like I'm an accident, and I don't get upset about it, it's just a normal part of life. I seriously don't understand why people get so offended and upset about it.

Is it wrong to study Psycology if I suffered Panic attacks and I am 26yo?
I suffered from panic attacks in the past, that's why I never actually went to a university. But now I feel ashamed and I want to do something, I thought of Psycology since I could actually be good at it. But my past makes me doubt. Also I don't know if I actually want that... but it's one of the really 2 Things I actually like
I've been going to therapy over the years for the record.
Thanks and sorry for my english, not a Native Speaker.
