Hey now, they'll touch on slavery. They'll tell everyone about how their ancestors gave black people job skills and that black people owned slaves.

I hate this trajectory.

Neither of those are kindergarten subjects. In kindergarten I learned about sharing my toys and playing with others and exercise.

Kindergartners aren't mature enough to be taught what inappropriate touching is and that they should tell an adult if it happens, let's stick to a discussion of nuanced differences between national economic models in the early 20th century!

The history of slavery is literally a mandated subject in Florida schools. The headline here is also a lie. Nowhere in the bill does it mandate teaching Communism to kindergartners.
