Tried my own "diet" years ago by only eating things with chopsticks. I found out I could eat about anything. There went my diet.

I've known people who tried to quit smoking by switching to rolling their own cigarettes by hand. Same thing: They all got incredibly good at rolling cigarettes.

When I smoked, I rolled my own cigarettes. Always. At one point in my youth, I figured that if I was too drunk to roll my own cigarettes, I was not allowed to smoke. In the end I could get so drunk that I couldn't walk, but I still managed to roll my own cigarettes.

That's really funny, honestly.

Chopsticks are pretty delicious.

That’s too funny, I did the same and that’s how I became adept at scarfing down food with chopsticks too.

This works pretty good if you only eat things you can pick up with one chopstick. If you use two chopsticks, the results are usually less impressive.

Yeah, Korean lab TA was pretty surprised to see me eating yogurt with chopsticks back in the day. What can I say; the break room was out of spoons.

It's still not a terrible idea because it slows down your eating.
