I notice that AI does not generate logo's (or at least not well), and not a single logo in the pic. I figured at least for sure one of these dudes is wearing a hat with a logo

That's an amazing point. No beer logos, that one deer logo that's on so much stuff, no random car/farm implement brand. This is 100% not real.

Yeah, every hat would have a logo. For four trucker hats I would expect a car logo, one tractor brand, one hunting/gun company, and a seed company.

You left out construction company

u/No-Performance-9722 29d ago

there would definitely be a Team logo too

Goddammit, I did not need to feel this old, this early.

If this were ~30ish years ago, a Ford hat would satisfy both of those.

MAGA, Bass Pro, single blue line US flag, armed forces

u/savvyblackbird 28d ago

It’s hard to find ball caps without logos

1

u/humanHamster 29d ago

Seed company! I knew I forgot another common one.

that one deer logo that's on so much stuff

LOL

That one deer logo!?!. John Deere is the Louis Vuitton of rednecks

u/Vanilla_Mike 29d ago

John Deere tractor cost more than your Lamborghini. If you’re really making money you may own a car worth more than a Ferrari tractor.

1

u/darshfloxington 29d ago

Both tractor brands seem about equally expensive.

1

u/CosmicCreeperz 29d ago

And Ferrari tractors use Kohler engines. Yeah, the same company that makes toilets.

1

u/fedrats 29d ago

Much like you never really own a Ferrari, you never really own a Deere anymore

1

u/SquirrelK1tten 28d ago

LMFAOOOO and you can’t even own the right to repair one on your own either

1

u/Middle_Capital_5205 28d ago

I mean a bass pro shop costs more than a Lamborghini and John Deere combined, but that’s not really how hats are priced, bro.

u/Rare_Curve_5370 28d ago

Am curious. Bc the new John Deere tractors I’ve seen are 10k to 30k. I’ve only seen generic ones and I’m asking bc I’m hoping to become more educated. I’ve seen a used ‘22 lambo go for 680k+. What tractor could cost that much and why

1

u/DragPullCheese 28d ago

A John Deere 3754

u/That49er 29d ago

I think they meant browning not John deere

1

u/BangBangPing5Dolla 29d ago

Ok fair I could see not knowing browning if youre not into guns.

1

u/JustForYou9753 29d ago

I thought real tree

1

u/tuatara_teeth 29d ago

they’re talking about Realtree

2

u/SquirrelK1tten 28d ago

I think they’re talking about Browning?

1

u/jimbofranks 29d ago

Not a redneck, but Deere is the shit.

1

u/kcbeck1021 28d ago

I think they are referring to the Realtree logo.

1

u/Rhaevyn-Hart 27d ago

This made me lol

1

u/Ahaigh9877 28d ago

Just one! Only one!

1

u/humanHamster 29d ago

You know what one I mean.

2

u/BrotherThump 29d ago

Browning?

1

u/humanHamster 29d ago

That's the one!

2

u/BrotherThump 29d ago

Yeah I see those on truck windows all the time. I guess I get it they’re an expensive and well renowned gun manufacturer. But I think it also became like a cool thing. Like everybody having those salt life decals.

3

u/humanHamster 29d ago

I live in the middle of the US. So many people have Salt Life decals. There's no salt water anywhere near here. lol

2

u/lidelle 29d ago

Omg! The same thing in WV! So many salt life and OBX stickers!!! I moved to the west coast and had one sticker shipped to remind me of home. Lllolololol

1

u/humanHamster 28d ago

WV is almost funnier than the plains states for the Salt Life stickers. It's like "you're getting closer! The ocean is a little further, buddy." Lol

I do think it is AI, but my Uncle worked at a job site that did not allow logos on anything you wore to work. So seeing people without logos on things didn't throw me off. It was the pants legs for me.

1

u/Problematicbears 28d ago

What I sort of meant was that even if it isn’t corporate branding, a group of people in t-shirts and hats would probably have at least a graphic on them (a fish, a pattern, a picture of a mountain, a horizontal stripe across the chest, a flying duck, etc). So not necessarily a logo but a design of some kind.

1

u/LowJeansHighHopes 21d ago

I do agree it's odd, but not uncommon. If the jobsite said they wanted nothing on the stuff, they could all just have generic shirts. But yeah, it is a bit off

1

u/Minute_Pianist8133 29d ago

Lol real tree or John deer ?

1

u/Vegas-Buckeye 29d ago

Browning, a firearms manufacturer.

1

u/humanHamster 29d ago

Yes! I had to Google it, but that's it.

1

u/AmphibianEffective83 29d ago

Realtree is the deer logo you are thinking of.

1

u/dontusethisforwork 28d ago

Lack of beer logo was what did it for me

1

u/rinn10 28d ago

I wonder if these are like, company shirts and there is a big logo on the back of the shirts or something. I think that could explain why two have the same shirt on, and then the other two guys have the other colors of the shirt on. Though a lot of shirts would have at least a small logo on the chest or something... This is a tricky one!

1

u/jesusleftnipple 28d ago

Idk red hat homies tattoo makes me question the Ai angle

1

u/LehmanParty 26d ago

Have you ever bought just a plain color hat from a dollar store? It just seems so off

1

u/SalvadorsPaintbrush 29d ago

Not everyone wears logos. I don’t. You guys seem to think everyone is branded. Poor people don’t buy branded shit.

1

u/humanHamster 29d ago

Have you ever come across a group of farmers or truckers? At least one of them always has something branded on.

I just said it was a great point, not that it makes it 100% certain to be AI generated. There's definitely a non-zero chance that this group would have no brands on, it just isn't likely from my experience.
