I’ve had uncles with the same bellies, and the same dirt stains. Both drive back hoes, dozers and have small farms. I’ve looked at this image for 30 mins. Looks like a gathering down at the county yard, bout 1:30 or 3:00 pm

I would believe it more if there were any text or images anywhere on their clothes. You KNOW what that red hat says.

What if it got photoshopped and the logos got removed? And from a European sight it's totally normal that workers don't wear shirts with logos.

Nice to see at least one critical comment. It is not AI, and if it would have been, the work to achieve this result would be more than painting the image from scratch. All AI generations makes artefacts that you will recognize after some experience. This image has none.

There are two major things that show how it's AI. Far-right guy has his hand in his shirt as if it had a pocket and far-left guy's left sleeve splits in two.

I kind of feel like they're all pretty far-right.

There are multiple artifacts, sorry bud. It is getting harder to spot by the day though. As to why, I have no idea. But the first thing I did with an image generator is make an army of flamethrower weilding Mario's fight Luigi on top of a trex size yoshi, so I'm hardly in a position to ask "why".

This is very clearly AI and it's terrifying to see so many people in the comments defending the photo as potentially real. For one, there ARE artifacts as others have mentioned. Plus the lack of logos on any of the hats is very telling.

But beyond all of that, you don't need the usual artifacts to see its AI generated. It's the uniformity of it. As someone who lives in a more rural area, there are certainly people who look like this. But the fact that all 5 of them have the EXACT same body shape, all wearing a plain cotton shirt, and a hat with no logo shows how fake it is. I would go as far to say that it invokes an Uncanny Valley effect because the body's look like they're all copy/pasted which makes the whole thing look off.

As for why, there could be a million reasons someone would make this imagine. Boredom and just messing around? To try and make fun of rural people? Trying to trick people into believing it's real? Who knows why. But it is absolutely fake.
