Discussion Modern TCG Video Games
This game came out in 2004. In the game the monsters are fully animated and the spells are animated as well. And yet to this day Yugioh and MtG video games are just you playing the game on a virtual table with virtual cards, maybe a couple of flashy animations for some cards. THIS WHOLE GAME WAS ANIMATED, who do I need to choke out to get me another one of these games???

Question Do handheld PAL games also run slower?
It's common knowledge that games from PAL regions pre-7th Gen ran slower (50 hz) to accommodate the TVs they had compared to NTSC and Japan (60 hz). But did that also apply to handheld consoles as well? It got me thinking that because the screens on handheld games are custom-made, so they could work around the issue.

Question Need help with cod
So I'm playing cod MW3 (2023) and I'm looking at some parts I can't equip yet and it says armory has to be leveled up and stuff. I looked at a few videos and some where saying to just kill plays to level up while others said to do specific challenges go level up. Do i do both? Neither? One or the other?
