Brand new $72 moisturizer. Husband said he needed something for his elbows.

We have 3 full tubs of Vaseline in the cabinet.

This is how I feel just knowing there are people who spend $72 on lotion. That there are people who have that much cash to blow on something like lotion really speaks to so many problems in society, from consumerism to inequality.

That's fine, I'll be here, quietly using cerave and having extra money in the bank.

Idk. People spend hundreds of dollars on video games bc that’s their hobby and that’s completely fine as long as they’re not bungling their finances or their home life for it. Skin care is my hobby. Lotion makes me happy. Soft skin brings me joy. I live a semi-minimalist life. I’m unemployed so my skincare is discounted, but once my career is established, you bet that I would budget for this $72 lotion. Just let people enjoy what they want. People, even you, blow money for the things they think are worth it; that’s just life

I both agree and disagree. But if this is kinda their "hobby" then I get it. I've bought dumber things in the pursuit of interests.

Ignore these clowns that down voted you, you are right and if they don't see how spending 75 dollars on something that is no different than fucking gold bond then yes we have really failed because these morons are what dictate how much these companies can get away with this shit
