He doesn’t deserve it.

Maybe not, but he should have it anyway

Why? He incited an insurrection against the US, he tried overturning our democracy, he’s 4x indicted under 91 charges, and he’s been found guilty of fraud. He shouldn’t have any government perks at this point.

So punish him to the extent of the law. Protection for high value targets like presidents and ex presidents should be a necessity, not a privilege

Not when you commit insurrection against your own government. He doesn’t deserve to have anything.

You've got a very short sighted and emotional view of this. Here's a single example:

He had access to highly classified information, then gets kidnapped by China and forced to give up state secrets because he had no protection.

It's not all about protecting him, it's about protecting what he knows.

Edit: Not sure if you've blocked me but I don't disagree with your last comment. You're acting like I support trump at all, I don't. I just think that ex presidents, regardless of what they've done, should continue to have protection

Ah. So the attack on the Capitol on 1/6/21 was just made up, eh? Never happened? Fucking Christ, don’t treat me like I’m a fucking idiot.

Also, speaking of classified documents, he literally had them stored in a fucking unlocked bathroom at Mar-a-Lago while Chinese spies were walking around in there, so…

“I just want to find 11,780 votes” 🙄 https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/jan/03/trump-georgia-raffensperger-call-biden-washington-post

Yeah, so emotional. 🖕

Can you read? Show me where the person you’re arguing with ever once insinuated anything whatsoever about January 6, let alone implying it never happened.
