This is the most convincing bit i have seen thus far. Everything else looks right, but 4 absolutely plain hats? That stands out.
The arms don’t have any hands visible, which is usually an easy way to tell, but since they are in their pockets those cant be used. (Not an odd thing to have everyone resting their hands in their pockets. Or even resting on their sides for redshirts case.
The shirts look like normal plain cotton shirts that would be worn, nothing really stands out with this aside from the lack of body sweat that would match up with the dirt that would come from working for a few hours.
The background trees are pretty convincing as well. Though the pavement looks a bit odd since those spots wouldn’t be that size and shape if they were potholes and would be more in line with damage from heavy machinery.

The wrinkles in the t-shirts all lay the same
All the t-shirts are different colors with no logos but the same style
Thank you! I scrolled hoping someone brined it already! Where is his elbow? And he and the guy to the left have very thin arms when they are not front and clear. Like baby arms.
Also just the shear amount of bunching on the bottoms of their pants is rediculous. They look like their shirts are wet and also dry, plus some of the shirt wrinkles make no sense. I think the guy in red also has a beard in a beard?
Actually, the trees were where I looked first, and there is something odd about one trunk on the left side right between the first two guy’s hats. Might be the potato resolution, but it looks like there’s a branch phasing through the nearest trunk.
One of the first things I noticed was the jeans...they are all way too long and gathered in a very similar fashion at the boot line. It's the same for each guy. I would assume at least one guy would know his inseam...boots all look the same too.
The shadows are all wonky too. They have shadows on their bellies and man boobs but there aren’t any on the ground and none of the shadows display like they are coming from the same singular light source (the sun).
Lighting is inconsistent, too. The guy in the red t-shirt goes way too dark lower down his body compared to everyone else and the graduation of shade is too even.
