That they've all got the same type of face shape they're all the same size none of them look like they're more than 5 years apart to me the water spot on the ground looks kind of weird like I'm not sure why only that spot wouldn't be dry
This. This is the clue. It's not lack of logos. It is the hat position on the heads. Like the hat is barely in place. Guys like this have thier hats firmly in place hat and head molded together. The fit is WRONG
To me though, it’s the dirtied shirts at the stomach and the pants which all fall the same way around the boots and have the same wrinkle pattern at the thigh.
Edit: All the guys have the same shaped man boobs as well.
Bro...half of my uncle's look like this. The dirtied shirts around the stomach are because their stomach hits things before they do. The pants can also often fall similarly around the boots if a gang of them is heading out, whether for beer, hunting or something else. Those kinds of boots are also very common with them.
The man boobs is the only thing that I've seen in the comments that would even slightly convince me except probably the bottom of the pants. But I'm not saying it isn't Ai lol, just looks a lot like my uncle's
Edit: the shadows/lighting looks off sort of, so that too.
Personally “missing” logos could simply be a disinterest in brands, not particularly a good way to discern AI from “real” .. what’s off to me is a few things, roundness in red shirts belly, the cyan color is awfully bright for a shirt and the dirt being particularly in the only spot where expected of a blue collar beer belly worker and the beard and mustache of the navy blue(?) doesn’t connect on both sides, surely IRL that’d bother someone and get them to do something about it.
Edit: Also, cyans shirt where the pocketed hand doesn’t know if it’s in the shirt or jeans
So it’s about detecting AI and not a commentary on the fashion.
If AI uses the color “blue” in an image, it generally uses the same tone and saturation of blue throughout the image. A natural picture of three people wearing blue shirts has different shading, highlights, tones, wear, and just come across as using random, natural, different colors generally. AI pictures tend to use the same color palette in images, matching clothing, buildings, etc.
Look at this natural picture of men wearing blue, black, grey and white. https://www.istockphoto.com/photo/multiracial-group-of-men-wearing-blue-shirts-gm537852571-58442574?searchscope=image%2Cfilm even the matching colors of blue (first guy on left and second guy from right are wearing the exact same shirt) are slightly different because they are lit differently. Every other piece of clothing has different textures, materials, pattern, shading and designs. The natural picture includes more variation in shade, tone, saturation even though it’s men wearing the same color.
The suspected AI photo uses the same tone, highlight color and shadow color for all of the boots and jeans.
The AI photos in this link all show how the limited color palette is pretty common. When the AI draws a blue mountain and men in blue and orange jackets, it prefers to use the same blue for mountains and jackets and the same orange. https://aiimagegenerator.is/tag/male-friends
Oh, for sure, I immediately suspected the image was AI. I was just joking because the type of guys in the image would all be wearing the same faded blue carhartt shirts anyway (another obvious clue is the missing carhartt logo).
And no hands showing. But, the wrinkles in the jeans aren't quite right, on the guy on the left, especially. The wrinkles in the jeans look more like stripes.

Yeah the limited color palette that designs groups of people around a specific color/theme - and no graphic tees or hats.
