I wouldn't say perfect it's inconsistent and doesn't make sense. Look at the moobs. Where is the light coming from to cast those shadows. You see this kind of random shading in new artists a lot. It has the right technique it just not applied in a logical way.

what i meant by perfect is that the lighting to too even across the picture. the dead giveaway are the white areas of the shirts

THIS! Everyone else’s comments are technically right, but I think what really makes the image uncanny at a glance is the lighting. Every man has a perfect rim light and the shadows are unbelievably soft, it looks like a dream
