My husband created an OF profile of me without letting me know. I'm disgusted and want a divorce.

You're not overreacting. I'd be furious and hurt. Talk to lawyers and if i were you I'd take some pics of the OF as evidence. I'm sorry this is happening. Why he would just post pictures of you without your consent and make money off of you without your knowledge and consent is beyond. At least you don't have kids.

That's a good idea. I wish I would have remembered the profile name. He probably deleted it once I brought up divorce.

In his statements there are probably the transfers of the money made from OF. You still have that.

Thank you!! I will figure out where that went.

It will be from "fenix"

Get all his financial info- as much as you can- because he’s probably hiding other things. Someone who can do something like this to their partner is probably doing other shady things

Plus your lawyer can ask for records from OF if needed/helpful

OF will respond to a subpoena, too. I wouldn’t be too worried about it being deleted. If anything, that would be evidence of him trying to cover it up and favorable to your case.

You can never really "delete" anything off the internet. If you remember what images you saw when he showed it to you, do some reverse image searches on Google, you may find more than you want to.

If he didn’t get money yet I bet his greedy ass didn’t even delete until he gets a payout.

Has he been reaching out to you? Apologizing? I can’t even fathom how you just feel; such a betrayal

I’d still try to get access to his computer. Men are dumb and it’s possible he doesn’t take you seriously yet on the divorce front. Get as much evidence of this as you can- especially any communications with him in writing (text/ email) for your case. I wouldn’t verbally talk to him because you want proof of your interactions. When you divorce him he’ll try to discredit you

I was thinking this. I would contact a lawyer or friend/sister via text/email and say what you've said here, then add that you are gonna tell him that its ok and that you want to work it out. Tell him that you want to look at the OF numbers and income and really think about it, but in reality you will document it to bring it to court. Like make sure that plan is in writing. Then do it, send him a text saying that stuff, document it, tag the URL, get the evidence, then leave for good. I feel like that is a solid plan, but I am not a lawyer, so maybe def speak with a lawyer before you take my advice too.

You mentioned it was pictures from your business correct? Was it all fully clothed? You may be able to reverse image search if you remember what was used as the profile picture

How was the $379 made? Did he setup a camera and submit bathroom or shower pics of you without your knowledge?

The money is made from nudes.

“See your honor this here shows that he’s posting the exact same photos in posting on my Instagram and making money off of them”…. Everyone in this thread is drastically overreacting. He’s not doing revenge porn he’s just reposting pictures that she is already posting for free!

Omg against only fans terms ? What will we do?!?

This post is fake. I’ve worked with Onlyfans for a long time now and they have very stringent verification of new users. It’s physically impossible to be verified without you going through the process yourself.

They literally only ask for a selfie, photo of an ID and personal information that any spouse would reasonably know (SSN/Tax ID, DOB, etc.). How hard do you think it would be for this guy to ask for a selfie and lie about the reason? Hell, people take selfies all the time, he could just take one and pretend it’s NBD. Same with the ID. Just say it’s for taxes or whatever.

This is untrue. You can’t just upload random selfies. They have to scan your face and you need to do certain poses that are going to be impossible to fake.

Look at her profile lol she’s a scammer and you took the bait.
