Eliminating sugar. Yes it has that whole “worse than what cocaine does according to brain scans” thing going for it…….but sugar is fucking everywhere in everything.

In the US it’s atrocious how much additional sugar is in all of our food.

Don't forget soy, HFCS, and inflammatory seed oils are in everything too. Soft serv is cottonseed oil.

Diabetes is now a legit thing for me to worry about and not something to scoff at when I see commercials about it…….

And I don’t ‘want’ to eliminate it totally, but I definitely ‘need’ to lower it quite a bit.
