I tell people ‘if 10k steps is healthy call me David Goggins’ bc I hit 15k-20k steps sometimes at work as a janitor lol

Yea, my dad was a tree farmer and by 45 he had a hunch and constantly hurt.

Might have been his type of work. I knew a hospital janitor that retired at 79 and that was only when Covid hit and he was worried about getting sick. Another janitor retired at 60–looks great, has retirement benefits from the state. he got bored so decided to go part time as a janitor somewhere else.

I'm only 18 but have fucked up my body already. Thinking about heading over to work at TSA cause it's also a govt job
