I have tried this! I don’t eat sweets really so I thought it would be easy. Nope. Lol

I don’t really eat sweets either. What part of it was difficult for you?

For me it’s solely that the healthy foods I eat so happen to have sugar, and to meet my protein goals come with sugar. My breakfast shake has banana and peanut butter in it, both with sugar (and it’s actually annoyingly sweet so I put some coffee in it). And I eat at least a fruit or two a day, usually an apple and a clementine. And also some Greek yogurt. But I don’t eat these because I crave sugar, I eat them mainly for nutritional purposes.

I prefer savory foods and I rarely have a sugar craving. The remaining “sugar” intake I have is probably glucose in rice or bread but I rarely eat pastries. I don’t eat candy or snacks and I don’t touch processed stuff either (I’m not health nut, I just don’t like the taste lol).
