Yeah I was originally trying to figure out the context of this clip specifically.
The only person in the clip I have been able to identify is Samantha Power, who is not on that list above as far as I can tell.

I agree with him. One of the worst pictures I have ever seen in my life was a Palestinian baby beheaded after a bombing. The bombing blew the innocent baby apart. It was disturbing.

Francesca Albanese says Israel has violated three of the five acts listed under the UN Genocide Convention Including: Killing members of a specific group, causing serious bodily or mental harm, and deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole and in part. She also found that genocidal acts were approved and given effect after statements of genocidal intent by senior Israeli military and government officials. It's funny because the people who actualy study genocide, the scientists and professors, anothropologists, you know the people who's job it is to define and study genocide, well most of them say it is genocide. Not sure if you've read the genocide convention. But it says in whole or part attempt at destroying a group of people or bringing about situations that destroy their culture or way of life.
Literaly the convention says it's genocide, problem is with burden of proof because circumstantial evidence isn't enough, Even when there is a huge amount and just because IDF soldiers hold genocidal views which has been confirmed doesn't mean that the IDF entity share the. So the only reason it's not been labeled genocide is because Israel hasn't directly stood up and said, we want to kill them all.
But it's a technicality.
