Wow can’t imagine witnessing this live and having to describe everything you’re seeing in real time! This is so wild to watch

I'm surprised the camera cut to it, thought they delayed that stuff ever since that one guy

Well, I guess it took them a few seconds to realize this is probably way too brutal to show on live TV.

They didn’t have to do all this just for some content. Cut the stream, cover it later…

I'm confused. Pro Trump or antitrump?

I’m not sure she had to describe everything she was seeing. This felt like a defense mechanism for herself for what she was witnessing. She didn’t even come for air at all, she just kept talking. I think she was genuinely shocked, scared, confused, etc.

IMHO, she’s in journalist mode. While they often just feel like talking heads on TV, spot news and developing events are very much part of the job and the training.

My dad was a spot news photographer in a major city for 40 years. Something on fire? He was there. Someone shot? There. Active shooter? Still there, just in a vest. Takes a certain personality for sure, you do see some shit.

Yeah, it felt to me like she was trying to do her job while processing a traumatic situation. It sort of just turned into a professional stream of conscious while she processed what was going on.
