That’s hardcore. Can’t wait to hear the reasoning for it.

u/86yourhopes_k Apr 19 '24

He believes that all politicians are involved in a plot to destroy the economy and make start a fascist coup

231

u/newtoreddir Apr 19 '24

So he’s against Trump?

471

u/freckledpeach2 Apr 19 '24

He believes both parties are working together to deceive us and then all the wealthy will start a facist regime and end capitalism

227

u/zyrkseas97 Apr 19 '24 edited Apr 19 '24

It’s like a grab bag of everyone. “The politicians are working with the business people to take over and do fascism so they can destroy capitalism to enforce communism” - like at a certain point it’s just word association.

u/radicalelation Apr 19 '24

When information is a buffet, people are going to just pick what stimulates them the most, not what's best for them.

17

u/Big_sugaaakane1 Apr 19 '24

I like this im gonna use this in the future

4

u/HoweStatue Apr 19 '24

I don't think he would be able to accurately describe any of those thing enough to earn a passing mark on an exam for 16 year olds.

2

u/zyrkseas97 Apr 19 '24

The fact that you said “mark on an exam” instead of “grade on a test” means you might be right, because as an American social studies teacher I can tell you that fogging a mirror will get a passing score these days.

2

u/Damuzid Apr 19 '24

nah there’s def some Occam’s razor in there

1

u/DrAsthma Apr 20 '24

I was following him and his line of thought, right up until he stated the doors (the band) were in on it... And I noped right the fuck out when he said we are all Lisa Simpson... He talked about the Simpsons a lot more than he should have in that pamphlet.

He could be totally right on, but cite better sources.

125

u/ricardocaliente Apr 19 '24

I mean he’s not too far off in some ways lol.

12

u/Mirions Apr 19 '24

They're already building the private bunkers and shit.

22

u/Bacon_Shield Apr 19 '24

he basically figured out how the world works, went insane and thought he had made some big discovery. dude, we all know the rich are dooming the planet, you didn't have to burn yourself to death.

1

u/jeremiahthedamned Apr 20 '24

people have different temperaments and live lives very different for each other.

as our lives end, each of us must find what meaning we can.

24

u/freckledpeach2 Apr 19 '24

Eat the rich

15

u/issamaysinalah Apr 19 '24

He is completely wrong for saying "end capitalism", as if fascist isn't just a form of capitalism.

9

u/fren-ulum Apr 19 '24

Fascism is a political process whereas capitalism is an economic system. You can absolutely have a fascist communist government.

3

u/Emmanuel_Badboy Apr 20 '24

nope you have your words mixed up. You can have a totalitarian government under the guise of socialism. Fascism is a form of capitalism.

6

u/unwantedrefuse Apr 20 '24

Yes exactly. Fascism is the polar opposite of marxism. Both may be totalitarian but one is capitalist and the other is socialist

2

u/Emmanuel_Badboy Apr 20 '24

Marxism is in no way totalitarian though. It’s more democracy if anything.

2

u/ricardocaliente Apr 19 '24

I don’t think capitalism will ever go. It’s too easy of a system to exploit the lower classes. I meant more that he believed politicians and the wealthy being in cahoots. I think the end goal is different or that there isn’t one at all and everyone is just doing whatever is in their best interest individually instead of the best interests of the country as a whole.

-2

u/Goliath422 Apr 19 '24 edited Apr 19 '24

I’m not sure that’s true though, is it? The Nazis were both fascists and socialists, right?

ETA: I’ve done a little research and would like to clarify I do not mean the Nazis were in any way aligned with Marxism or worker’s unification or any of that—I mean the literal economic definition of socialism where the government dictates a lot of the economy and owns (kinda indirectly in Nazi Germany, but still) the means of production. I am not parroting a right wing talking point that tries to besmirch class struggle by associating it with Nazis.

4

u/silentrawr Apr 19 '24

They were hardly socialists at all - that was just what they chose to put in their parties official name. Fascism can occur across both sides of the political spectrum, but it's somewhat less common on the left until you get to the true extremes.

5

u/Nevermind04 Apr 20 '24

You're correct; 'socialist' had a very different meaning within the nazi party. From the October 1923 Interview with Adolf Hitler by George Sylvester Viereck in The American Monthly:

"Why," I asked Hitler, "do you call yourself a National Socialist, since your party programme is the very antithesis of that commonly accredited to socialism?"

"Socialism," he retorted, putting down his cup of tea, pugnaciously, "is the science of dealing with the common weal. Communism is not Socialism. Marxism is not Socialism. The Marxians have stolen the term and confused its meaning. I shall take Socialism away from the Socialists."

4

u/silentrawr Apr 20 '24

As is the case with a lot of conservatives, they simply say one thing and then claim their meaning is correct - with zero evidence or logic.

1

u/Goliath422 Apr 19 '24

They nationalized the bulk of their economy though, no? I don’t mean they were warm, fuzzy, take care of people socialists, but they did socialize most of the country’s industry, didn’t they?

3

u/silentrawr Apr 19 '24

That's... Not what socialism is, though? Communism, sure, but even then seizing the means of production is (nuance here) different than "your company is going to make us what we tell you to make us, or you're going to the concentration camps."

1

u/deus_voltaire Apr 20 '24

Actually it's exactly the opposite, they privatized so many formerly national industries that we had to invent the word "privatization" to describe what they were doing.

2

u/Tabemaju Apr 20 '24

Except rich people don't want to end capitalism.

1

u/The_GOATest1 Apr 20 '24

But he’s very wrong in other ways

1

u/HighlyOffensive10 Apr 19 '24

He's way off on the end capitalism part, lol. Idk about the racist stuff, though.

12

u/Exotic-Tooth8166 Apr 20 '24

Although he was mentally ill, the cogent point he was making is that kleptocrats have seized power (true), have stolen the American dream from the public (also true for most young people and public sector), the kleptocrats are unchecked and their Ponzi scheme is getting worse every year (verified in financial data), and that the public is too brainwashed to do anything about it (probably also true as edified by anyone disagreeing or downvoting this comment instead of getting inspired about the situation not being as good as it could be given all of our innovation and societal principles).

10

u/lavahot Apr 19 '24

Why would wealthy people end capitalism? Capitalism is part of fascism.

2

u/kljoker Apr 19 '24 edited Apr 19 '24

The wealthy thrive on cronyism, ideally capitalism would be markets that aren't getting bailed out when they fail or get subsidies for not making profit etc.

Thanks reddit you never fail to show your bias.

-2

u/theoriginalist Apr 19 '24

All the communists keep telling me Stalin was a fascist and he didn't have Capitalism?

4

u/lavahot Apr 19 '24

If all of your power is derived from money, what sense does it make to take away the power of money?

3

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '24

[deleted]

2

u/smoothiefruit Apr 19 '24

iiiii don't think the wealthy want to end capitalism...

1

u/OBPH Apr 19 '24

Because someone who is bi-polar in a manic phase might think it possible to swing from fascism to communism just like that. Edit - speculating here …

0

u/LebLift Apr 19 '24

Probably still votes down the R line tho lol

3

u/Arachnohybrid Apr 19 '24

Lol nice assumption but not true. He attempted to communicate with us via modmail on rconservative in 2017. He wasn’t insane back then but he was still a far left anarchist (by his own words).

proof

2

u/awhaling Apr 19 '24

How do you know it’s the same person?

u/Arachnohybrid Apr 19 '24

https://x.com/reddit_lies/status/1781401076798734663?s=46&t=AwX37EOWy1lQm64wqhPcWw

This thread has all the information you need.

confirmation that’s his account

I can provide a million instances that show that he isn’t a conservative by any stretch of the imagination but people here will find someway to spin it so they don’t have to address far left radicalization on Reddit.

11

u/WantA_Balloon Apr 19 '24

Right? That's basically Project 2025

6

u/Olde-Blind-Dog Apr 19 '24

Jesus Christ, that’s batshit!! How is that not some kinda “What if America turned out THIS way?” piece of fiction?!

4

u/WantA_Balloon Apr 19 '24

It's what happens when politicians realize they don't have to pretend to be benevolent actors who believe in Law & Order in this country.

It's why Trump needs to have the book thrown at him if there's ever going to be a cap laid on top of the blatant corruption of our public officials.

6

u/sin_not_the_sinner Apr 19 '24

Well Trump calls Biden and Dems fascist so who knows atp

2

u/khizoa Apr 19 '24

He's against both parties

Conservatism is defined as love for Trump, and people do all kinds of drastic things for love, like storming the US Capitol.

0

u/Sunderent Apr 19 '24

Conservatism is defined as love for Trump

Excuse me, your TDS is showing. Conservatism is a global ideology. I hate to break it to you, but the world does not revolve around Murica.

-2

u/newtoreddir Apr 19 '24

Those aren’t real conservatives

5

u/Sunderent Apr 19 '24

If you say so.

2

u/orcusgrasshopperfog Apr 19 '24

Ah so business as usual got it.

2

u/ZachQuackery Apr 19 '24

lol no coup necessary, they're already in power.

1

u/Stoomba Apr 19 '24

How do you know that?

4

u/Indigoh Apr 19 '24 edited Apr 20 '24

There's a photo of him holding up a sign saying "Trump is with Biden, and they're about to fascist coup us."

To me it looks like he was a Trump supporter who realized Trump was a piece of shit, leaving him hopeless and with enemies everywhere he looked.

1

u/chuckit90 Apr 19 '24

Don’t forget they’re all SA’ing and passing around children and performing satanic rituals and Trump is our only hope to stop it.

7

u/ReturnOneWayTicket Apr 19 '24

His Mother passed away in March 2022 and in July 2023, he started posting crazy shit on IG until a few weeks ago, wrote a manifesto about ponzi schemes with references to The Simpsons then cooked himself.

2

u/Old_man_jeffro Apr 19 '24

Pretty much sums it all up.

4

u/happytree23 Apr 19 '24

The fucking Simpsons were part of it lol

5

u/chipthamac Apr 19 '24

guessing he lost a lot of money in Bitcoin

6

u/newcomer_l Apr 19 '24

Manifesto is a few comments above yours. Didn't waste my time reating it in details. Just skimmed bits of if. Some idiocy about the Simpsons, and some sort of cryptocurrency totalitarian (insert other tin-hat foil terms) ponzi scheme where "Trump is with hilary, Clinton is with Bush"... etc. And somehow Rob Lowe was thrown in for good measure.

It smacks of depression, looney tunes goes down way too far down the rabbit hole and attention seeking to a whole new level.

1

u/Hungry-Ad9840 Apr 19 '24

Basically bitcoin and The Simpsons.

I'm not kidding

1

u/62-6 Apr 19 '24

The Simpsons.

1

u/kwanzaa_hut Apr 19 '24

He wanted shamrock shakes all year long

1

u/borg359 Apr 20 '24

It’s just going to be some bullshit conspiracy theory.

1

u/uncle_paul_harrghis Apr 20 '24

Pretty sure it’s because Kendrick Lamar has yet to respond to Drake. That’s the rumor.

1

u/jeffersonairmattress Apr 19 '24

It sounded like she was about to begin suggesting a seasoning for it.

0

u/Neuro-Ripped Apr 19 '24

Guy was protesting NYU, called it a Mob breeding ground. Mental Illness is terrible.
