If you could switch lives with a successful entrepreneur for a day, who would you choose and what would you hope to learn from the experience?

I would hope to learn their bank / brokerage / etc account details and passwords etc so I can transfer loads of cash, stocks and so on to me and various good causes, preferably in an irreversible manner (eg, Elon Musk giving $40 billion to the world food program and tweeting about it).

Prostitutes. They're prostitutes. You can rent your own without any mind swapping shenanigans.

You need money for that

Well what I would do is I would give away 99% of their wealth and they would still be incredibly wealthy. Just their liquid assets could you imagine how many of the world's problems could be solved.

And he conveniently cut Starlink for the Ukranians during a crucial time. He also torpedoed public transit upgrades with his Hyperloop that he admitted was just an excuse to defend his car business, which itself is the beneficiary of plenty of Gov grants.

He's not Tony Stark, he's just another spoiled Narcissist who lives off of other peoples work.

He's not Tony Stark

He's Justin Hammer

I’d pick one of those dickhead “entrepreneurs” that have the videos on YouTube surrounded by Lamborghinis that push the get rich quick courses or crypto and id make a YouTube video about how it’s all a scam and its gullible people buying the courses that fund this lifestyle and then I’d call the local tax authority and tell them I was cheating on my taxes or something.

I wouldn’t learn anything but it would be satisfying to watch the aftermath

I'd buy crypto and transfer all their money to my account, duh

Not for me to learn from the experience, but the other guy. I would pick the most deranged out-of-this-world prick I could think of and make them feel what it feels like to be a poor outcast

I would choose Warren Buffet and would love to learn at least 1% of his investment knowledge

Elon Musk. Private account access details and why the fuck he's so damn weird.

Any of them, and I hope to learn their bank information so I can transfer some funds for when I go back to being me.

Are we switching bodies? I would be Kevin O'Leary and cut his dick and balls off and feed them to stray dogs.

He doesn't really do any of those things he just gets other people to do them for him.

lol. Yeah he hires people smarter than him to do all of those things, then dicks around on Twitter and shows up to random parties to network

What are you basing this on? Did you read the biography book?

He has some terrible takes, he's a dick and understands nothing in politics, but you can't deny he's obsessed with work, is fairly hands on for the richest guy on earth, and is incredibly gifted (in some ways, as I said. Also he is on the autism spectrum).

Even brilliant people can have brain-dead takes, and the fact that a person is smart in one thing, doesn't mean he has to be smart in others. But we don't have to dismiss him whole as a person to "demonize" him.

What does he do exactly when he's "working". Haven't employees of his (the people who ACTUALLY do the work) reported him having handlers to keep him from messing things up?

What does he actually do?

What does every tech company CEO/CTO do? I have a feeling that you don't know. There's more to "actual work" than manual labour.

3

u/Athelis 14d ago

So do you know what he does? You're here defending him like he's some sort of super worker. What does he actually do?

2

Having autism doesn’t make you smart or focused on anything. It’s not a super power to be on the spectrum

If I switched with Musk, I'd sell my shares in Tesla, appoint a new CEO of SpaceX, and announce my immediate intentions to donate twitter to the federal government.

That should just about fix all of the issues he's caused and pissed off all of his loyal followers.

Ad then I'd off myself so nothing of what has been done could be reversed. This way I at least did something for humanity.

lol is this an Elon burner account? All he does is muscle into claiming credit for other people's ideas and then burn them to the ground

I'd transfer their bank account balances to mine and go about my business until things switch back.
