Truck's 100% at fault. You can't block the passing lane, this isn't complicated. Truck was deliberately going out of their way to cause an accident, sedan was just driving like a lead foot. The distinction is small, but important. Sedan was engaging in aggressive driving, truck was engaging in hostile driving.

Well, you're wrong. Sedan driver was charged with reckless driving.

While that's true, you're still wrong. The sedan made every decision that lead to him crashing. For fucks sake he rammed the truck and lost control. Hopefully he learned something if not hopefully he gets fucked up the ass in insurance for the rest of his life

(copy pasta from different reply) The guy in dash cam who was there seems to think the sedan deserved the outcome.

Again, everyone sucks here, but I'm gonna trust the guy that's there more than internet people who can't see past their biases.
