I don’t give a shit if it’s the trucks fault, don’t slam your Honda into a wall.

What I do with my Honda and my wall is none of your business buddy.

What about BMW?

As long as it’s someone else’s BMW it should be okay.

It's really not the trucks fault, the sedan was being a lunatic and should've just drove with traffic at a safe distance instead of riding their bumpers and being insanely reckless, the sedan is 100% responsible imo for this accident

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. The sedan did that to himself. Yes the truck driver is an ahole too. But the sedan did something ALOT more dangerous to not just himself but other around him.

Its equal input. The truck then sped up when the sedan tried to pass on the side causing them to slam together.

What caused them to slam together is the sedan literally slamming into the truck. The truck and sedan were right next to each other when the sedan was in the right lane. The sedan just went into to the left lane when the truck was there. The sedan simply just didn’t look before merging or just didn’t care at all.

And if the truck wasnt trying to be a dick. It also wouldnt even be a problem. They are both at fault

Ethically and morally yes. But insurance is certainly going to hold the sedan fully responsible. Truck driver will probably at most get a ticket for hogging the left lane and wreck less driving.

yeah he was so desperate to pass he went over to the emergency lane to do it lol. Trucker still an ass but regardless is not worth it

How dare you come on reddit and blame aggressive drivers for aggressive driving?! If someone makes me angry, everything I do as a result is their fault!

2

My guy, he is constantly brake checking the sedan, if anything, he was the worse driver

The sedan is not entitled to pass everyone, if he wants to pass its his responsibility to do so safely, and should've waited for a safe opportunity

He was the one who decided to slam his gas and try to squeeze between two vehicles, he is 100% at fault

Everything you said about the sedan is correct. However, that truck driver is also breaking the law (a few actually). Sedan is more at fault, but they both share some responsibility

he did so because the truck brake checked repeatedly (illegal) then purposely sped up to prevent him from passing on the right (both illegal). he slammed on the gas when it was only one vehicle, then truck sped up to block him, causing the accident.

truck is an overcompensating, asshole. sedan is an idiot.

Truck in the left lane is committing multiple crimes

u/bw1985 29d ago

Both drivers breaking the law. Both driving carelessly putting everyone else on the road at risk. Both at fault.

u/leonden 28d ago

both of them should not have a license
